Our Story
It all started with
a simple idea.
Aloria Realty began with a vision in 2023 to bring a different kind of real estate service to Pampanga. It all started with a simple idea: property management.
In 2023, property management was not yet a widely practiced service in the Philippines, particularly in Pampanga. Having seen how property management was already established in other countries, we recognized an opportunity to provide property owners with something beyond simply finding tenants. We wanted to help them care for, maintain, and manage their properties with the same level of commitment and attention as they would themselves.
The Beginning
So, we
started small.
With little more than a vision and a willingness to begin, we started by reaching out to family, relatives, and friends who owned rental properties. We offered two services: Property Marketing, where we helped property owners find tenants, and Property Management, where we would manage their properties on their behalf and take care of their concerns, from tenant coordination to the day-to-day needs of the property.
Not everyone was ready to trust us with their properties, and we completely understood. So, we started small.
Some property owners gave us an opportunity through our marketing service. By God’s grace, it did not take long for us to successfully find tenants for their properties. Those early successes became more than transactions: they became the foundation of trust.
As our clients experienced our commitment to service, they began referring us to their families, friends, and colleagues. One opportunity led to another. Eventually, we were entrusted not only with marketing properties but with managing them as well.
What began as a simple idea in 2023 steadily grew into something much bigger.
The Founding
Four people,
one vision.
As the opportunities and the vision grew, I knew it was time to build a company around the service we had started.
In January 2023, Aloria Realty was formally established with three people who believed in the vision and were willing to build it with me:
- Atty. Joseph Tayao, our Legal Head and Licensed Real Estate Broker
- Engineer Hayden Tuazon
- Ninay
Together, the four of us gave our best (our time, talents, resources, and hearts) to build Aloria Realty from the ground up.
The name Aloria was given to us by Hayden and Ninay. We loved it because of its meaning and the qualities it represented: desiring the best, sophistication, strength, and being unmatched. It perfectly captured the kind of company we wanted Aloria to become.
Today
Grown in service,
same at heart.
From our humble beginnings in rentals, Aloria Realty continued to grow. What started with property marketing eventually expanded into property management, and today, our services have grown to include Brokerage and Project Selling as well.
By God’s grace, we now have more than 20 properties under our property management service, with our property marketing portfolio more than twice that number.
But while our services have expanded, the heart of Aloria has remained the same.
